How to Make a Complaint

What Happens Next?
I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.
Your complaint will be investigated without undue delay. Where appropriate, I may contact you for additional information during the investigation. I aim to provide a full response within three months of receiving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to raise the matter with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
